Basketball ACT is trialling a new Night Hoops Program in September 2022, designed to get youth at risk and youth of different cultures and backgrounds, aged 16-22 years, on-court as well as provide learning opportunities with education on support services in the community and various education for youth around the community.

Each week, a different community group from across the region will be asked to present to participants. Participants will receive a free and healthy snack, as well as participate in team-building exercises and 3v3 games.

Night Hoops Program features:

  • On-court skills, drills and warm-ups;
  • 3v3 games;
  • Team building exercises;
  • Guest speaker;
  • Free and healthy snacks.
